At Magical Jar, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible for all our customers.
We do accept return or refund but subjected to the below conditions.
1. Product damage during transit. (Need opening video of the Delivered package)
If the product received is damaged (broken, leakage or any other), refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
We will ship a new product within 3 days post the query is made, No extra charges involved.
2. Not delivered the promised Quantity
If the promised quantity is not delivered due to broken or leaked product or lower quantity variant shipped by mistake, we take full responsibility. You can Whatsapp us and we will make sure you get the promised quality and quantity of the product.
3. Quantity issue with the product
We have 100% disclosed ingredients and all products are made fresh only post order being placed. Its the sole responsibility of the customer to check for the ingredients before making a purchase. We don’t accept any returns or refund if the product is not suiting you. If you have any doubts please connect with us on Whatsapp before making a purchase. We are here to guide you and help you pick the right product that works for you.
4. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
5. Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and the amount will be transferred via the payment mode used while placing the order.
We don’t accept cancellation and Refund once products are sold and if delivered without any damage or issues.
